Groups

More than 8 visitors at a time constitutes a group visit. 
In this setting, two types of visit are available: unaccompanied visits and guided visits.

You must book a timeslot for your visit:

If you come with your own guide, they will need to prove that they are a professional guide, and you must pay an external guide fee (€15).

Several packages are available: 

  • Visit to the monument + collections : 2 hours
  • Visit to the collections: 1 hour 30 min. 
  • Walking visit: a short welcome and presentation of the highlights, 1 hour
     

During temporary exhibitions:

  • Visit to the temporary exhibition alone: 1 hour
  • Visit to the collections + temporary exhibition: 2 hours

Practical information

A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you, which you must bring with you to show at reception.

The Inguimbertine reserves the right to not accept groups that failed to book or that do not arrive at the booked timeslot.

To avoid crowding the entrance, we kindly ask the leader of the group to come to the reception/ticket office alone to collect the tickets.

These are paid for at the reception by card, cash, or cheque.

If a guided visit is cancelled, we need at least 72 hours of notice. If we do not have this notice, you will be charged for the visit.

Groups bigger than 25 people must be split into two smaller groups to make the visit easier.

Note:

  • A cloakroom is available on the garden level.
  • To take home a souvenir from your visit, we offer a gift shop on the ground floor next to the reception and ticket office.
  • Photographs are permitted as long as the flash is turned off. Selfie sticks are not permitted.
